عقدت “جمعية لبنان العطاء الخيرية ” اجتماعاً في فندق سوفيتيل كورنيش أبوظبي للإعلان عن تأسيس مكتبة الأميرة ديالا ارسلان تلحوق
تلا الاجتماع مأدبة عشاء شاهد فيها الضيوف مقطع فيديو عن الأميرة ديالا ، حياتها المهنية كمؤلفة وكاتبة لكتب الاولاد ورسالتها ورؤيتها. أعرب الضيوف والأصدقاء عن إعجابهم وتقديرهم للمشروع الثقافي وساهموا بسخاء لنجاح المشروع

Announcement of Princess Diala Library
On the 10th of Oct 2022
” The Society of Lebanon the Giver” organizes an event at Sofitel-Corniche in Abu-Dhabi to announce the founding of “Princess Diala Arslan Talhouk Library”.
The guests watched a video about Princess Diala, her career as an author & a writer of children’s books & her mission & vision.
The guests & friends expressed their admiration & appreciation of the cultural project & contributed generously to the success of the project.

His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mobarak Al Nahayan receives the series of Princess Diala books.

أيها الحضور الكريم
مهما تعمدت البلاغة ومهما تقصدت الموضوعية أبقى الأم التي تحكمها العاطفة والتي تقف أمامكم لتترجم رسالة إبنتها التي سقط الكتاب من يدها لحظة غيابها وخط القلم وصيتها بوحي من توجهاتها فخلقت فكرة المكتبة التي نعلنها الليلة من هنا من دولة الإمارات من الأرض التي أحبت وبدأت وانتهت رحلة ديالا الثقافية فيها
عانقت الكتاب حتى الرمق الأخير
جعلت من القلم السلاح الأمضى لتواجه الجهل والظلم والتسلط، فكانت حكاياتها كتب تنشر التوعية والتنوير، تبشر بقيم العدل والمساواة والديمقراطية
يا ديالا سنتابع الرسالة بوجود نخب متنورة كمثل هذه المجموعة
باسمك وباسم “جمعية لبنان العطاء الخيرية” وباسم عائلتك الصغيرة والكبيرة نشكر الحضور الكريم ونقول أدامكم الله
قبل أن أختم لايسعني إلا أن أعبر عن الإعجاب والإنبهار بمستوى التقدم والإعمار ومنافسة العالم القديم والجديد بنهضة غير مسبوقة وبدولة تستخدم ثرواتها لاحتلال أعلى المراتب في عالم العمران والإزدهار
بارك الله أمة تعطي الوطن إخلاصا
وأبقى الله وطنا يعطي الإنسانية حقها
بارك الله دولة الإمارات حكاما وشعبا

Princess Hayat Arslan delivered a speech on this occasion. She said:
From the land of abundant goodess I address you.
From the homeland of vigorous men and capable women , I turn to you.
From a country whose wealth is science, culture and progress, from my second country, the esteemed United Arab Emirates, I welcome you.

Dear friend Muhammad Kanoo
Her Excellency Mrs. Huda Al-Khamis Kanoo, Founder of the Abu Dhabi foundation for Culture and Arts,
Dear friend Sufyan Al-Saleh, President of the Lebanese Business Council
Dear attendees
No matter how rhetoric I deliberately try to be, and how objectivly I intend to speak, I will remain the mother who is governed by emotion and who stands before you to convey the message of her daughter, from whose hand the book fell at the moment of starting her eternal life. Her pen wrote her will inspired by her orientations, thus was created the idea of the library that we announce tonight from here , from the UAE, from the land that Diala loved and began and ended her cultural journey.
She hugged the book until her last breath.
She used the pen as the most powerful weapon to confront ignorance, injustice and authoritarianism. Her books were stories that spread awareness and enlightenment, heralding the values of justice, equality and democracy.
O Diala, we will follow the message with the presence of enlightened elites like this group.
In your name and in the name of the “ Society of Lebanon the Giver” and in the name of your nuclear and extended family, we thank the honorable attendees and say may God bless you.
Before I conclude, I feel obliged to express my admiration and fascination with the level of progress and reconstruction and the competing with the old and new world with an unprecedented renaissance and a country that uses its wealth to occupy the highest ranks in the world of urbanization and prosperity.
God bless a nation that gives the homeland devotion.
And God keep a homeland that gives humanity its rights.
May God bless the UAE rulers and its people.
